Zientoto Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

1.Introduction and Scope

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between the individual player and Zientoto concerning access to the website, account services, games, promotions, payment features, sports markets, and related functionality. If you believe your account has been compromised, stop using it and contact Zientoto support immediately. Zientoto may temporarily suspend access, require a password reset, request identity verification, or review recent transactions to protect the account and associated funds.

4.Deposits, Balances, and Payment Methods

Zientoto may support MYR deposits through methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Availability, transaction ranges, processing times, and maintenance windows may vary by payment provider.

Payment methods must belong to you and must match the verified details on your Zientoto account. Third-party payments, borrowed payment accounts, chargeback abuse, reversed transfers, and deposits made from unauthorised sources are prohibited. Zientoto may return a payment to its original source or request additional evidence where ownership cannot be confirmed.

Account balances are for genuine gambling activity and are not bank deposits, savings products, or payment transfer facilities. Zientoto may impose minimum and maximum transaction values, including a typical minimum deposit such as RM30, subject to the limits displayed at the time of payment. You should verify all payment details before confirming a transaction.

5.Withdrawals and Verification

Withdrawal requests must be submitted through the available Zientoto cashier options. Where reasonably possible, funds may be returned through the same method used to deposit. Zientoto may require successful KYC verification, payment ownership confirmation, wagering review, or security checks before approving a withdrawal.

Stated processing times are estimates rather than guarantees. E-wallet or DuitNow withdrawals may be processed more quickly than some FPX or bank transfers, but delays can arise from bank maintenance, incorrect recipient information, enhanced account checks, public holidays, or payment network interruptions.

Where a breach is confirmed, Zientoto may void affected transactions, remove improperly obtained benefits, suspend the account, close the account, or take other proportionate action.

9.Responsible Gambling
